   9. 10 Oculus wizards

The Oculus wizard spawns on precious few spots. One is in the group with Runnyeye Torturers, another is around 40, -17, -108. Four eyes roam the hallway there. Any of these four can also spawn as a wizard. Generally this quest is considered to be a waste of time.
