What does this information mean?

• To spawn
  • Clear all the Deathbone skeletons from the Grave Pool.
  • Once cleared, a group of four Deathbones will spawn in the island of skulls in the middle of the Grave Pool. Kill them.
  • A totem is left behind on the ground afterwards. Click it.
  • All the Deathbones in the surrounding area will respawn. Kill them.
  • The group of four rises from the island of skulls again. Kill them.
  • A Deathbone Savage and four friends (two berserkers , one knight , one theurgist ) spawns.
