Steps Edit

Find a a father.
- Go to Cobalt Scar and speak with Eshkan just outside of Scarstone at ( 4367, -822, 460 ) /waypoint 4367, -822, 460
Find Eshkan's children and deliver the toy.
- Head to Freeport and zone into Big Bend: Sanctum of Spirits ( 60, -12, 271 ) /waypoint 60, -12, 271 .
- Speak with Rodice inside a building around ( 11, 0, 31 ) /waypoint 11, 0, 31
Return to Eshkan.
Examine the manacle and speak with the Eidolon
