This is a Beastlord Warder (offensive), an exotic enchanted. It is found by flying over the wall of Nek Castle into the courtyard.
It has very few hit points, making it very difficult to get to 25% health in order to tame. One effective strategy was to bring a healer, un-equip weapons and punch it down while healing whomever has agro. The low dps of a shaman pet may be helpful too.
