What does this information mean?

NOTE: You can start this quest at lower levels, but Grumglub will not speak to you and advance step 2 until you are at least level 55.

Steps Edit

1. Speak to Jabber Longwind at the portal from Norrath
2. Speak to Grumglub . He is found just through the gate from Jabber, on your left.
3. Left click and grab a jumper , small frogs found everywhere on The Temple Grounds island, especially near the Temple Grounds, until journal updates.
4. Return to Grumglub for your reward.
