Take western lift and go to ( 2030, -162, 3361 ) /waypoint 2030, -162, 3361 (The lift switch is the little black ball in the small triangle.)
- Prepare to be attacked by a group of 5 level 76 ratongas, (2 down arrows each), soloable.
Kill 3 attackers
Return to Captain Elbaz. (If you can float then you can jump off the cliff edge and float down to Elbaz below in the city).
