NOTE: Ishaq won't give you this quest until you have been helpful to Paineel. It would seem that you need to have "removed" all the assistants' names from Ishaq log book (next to him).(faction approx. 15K ([confirmed you can get quest with 14,300 faction])(also confirmed, only 2 names removed from the book, 14,400 faction). Ishaq has informed you that Ghalib Elbaz of The Fell Blade has asked for your assistance with a vermin problem once again.

Return to Captain Ghalib Elbaz ( 1944, -299, 3387 ) /waypoint 1943.51, -298.99, 3387.41 within the center areas of Paineel .
Seek out Zafirah Aamira ( 1659, -267, 3176 ) /waypoint 1658.97, -267.06, 3176.23 ( Hall of Necromancy )
