Two seem to spawn outside the rear entrance to Blackburrow along the southeast coast line - the first at the entrance to the valley leading up to it, and the second in a tree stump near the entrance.
A heroic Sabertooth Champion spawns in the Brewery of Blackburrow. This mob gives an achievement. If he is not up, kill all brewmasters and wait for respawn. Takes approximately 2-3 hours grey con to spawn him constantly killing the brewmasters. Champion inside Blackburrow awards "Dungeon" achievement Blackburrow_Champion
