Acklok spawns at the end of a solo ring event. First kill a group of grimestone burrowers (85v non-aggro), then a group of grimestone devourers (85 non aggro).

Acklok seems to be somewhat overconned. He hits harder and faster than non-named mobs, but he doesn't have any special abilities.
