Transmute the level 1 daggers Raffik gives you to get 2 Lapis Lazuli Fragments, or have 2 fragments already in your inventory
Speak with Tyla Maki ( 763, 27, 600 ) /waypoint 763, 27, 600
Craft an Adornment of Pirate Energy from the recipe given. There is a workbench at the Highland Outposts ( 337, 189, 514 ) /waypoint 337, 189, 514 (2 Lapis Lazuli Fragments, 1 Basic Coal)
- The crafting requires Adorning counters. If you do not have the Adorning skill you may get it from Sala Maki .
