Speak to Kerr Wanderroot in the Sanctuary of Mourning ( -1784, -599, -1067 ) /waypoint -1784, -599, -1067

Steps Edit

Speak to Kerr Wanderroot when you are ready to begin
Protect Kerr while he enchants the broken stele.
- Quest appears to be functional again but there are two Kerr Wanderroots which merge back into one when the event is finished.
Speak to Kerr Wanderroot again
Speak to Brint Thornwood ( -2164, -650, -460 ) /waypoint -2164, -650, -460
Speak to Leif Tenderton ( -2399, -674, -179 ) /waypoint -2399, -674, -179

You must do this solo; it seems that with someone in your group, it fails. Put the person outside the group unlocked encounters and completed it the first time.

You can use a mercenary. After Kerr finishes his chant, Suspend your mercenary and the quest will complete.
Quest appears to be functional. It is no longer necessary to suspend your mercenary to complete this quest.
