What does this information mean?

• The aged apatodon spawns towards the south of 'Dinosaur Beach'. It walks to the far north of the coastline, then back south close to the mountains. It walks into the tar pits and despawns. Respawns quickly. It's easily recognizable as it is rather big and has a sallow shade.
