Speak to The Apprentice in Teren's Grasp ( 1833, 483, -808 ) /waypoint 1833, 483, -808

Head to Trakaraptor Alley in Kunzar Jungle around ( -755, -52, 395 ) /waypoint -755, -52, 395 and use Query Element then Dominate Element on a docile earth elemental . You will then be given a buff which augments your vision allowing you to see the elemental plane.
Head back to ( -755, -52, 395 ) /waypoint -755, -52, 395 if you had to wander off to find your elemental and there should be an elemental with the title "The Wounded" under its name. Its is a ^^^80 heroic mob. Use Query Element then Dominate Element and it will aggro. (Note: When I did this on my conjuror on 6/20/10, the query/dominate element spells did not work. Instead I hailed this mob and it aggroed.) Kill it and retrieve your item off the body.
