appears in groups of 5, usually 2 level 50^ and 3 level 51^, in various locations around the Arena in Maj'Dul. Killing the mob will sometimes spawn

Be careful not too kill too many, or you will attract the attention of the level 61^ guards on the flying carpets (for me, it was exactly 4 mobs worth of gamblers before this happened).
