Find the Talisman pieces ( this step may require great patience !!):
- Frosthorn: Kill Bloodrage at the fire pit in Jagged Plains ( 111, 25, -541 ) /waypoint 111, 25, -541 . The minotaur groups surrounding the fire pit are a ring event; if Bloodrage does not spawn then rinse & repeat
  - Bron Frosthorn will not update the quest, and if you get him you are at the wrong location
- Numbfoot: Kill Chieftain Iceburn at the World Tree Root in Hollowfrost Grove at ( -639, -18, -300 ) /waypoint -639, -18, -300 . The Numbfoot groups surrounding the tree are a ring event; if Iceburn does not spawn then rinse & repeat
- Icegill: In Icegill Lagoon near Permafrost , kill Master Webclaw ( 487, -35, -1622 ) /waypoint 487, -35, -1622 The four goblin groups are a ring event; if Webclaw does not spawn then rinse & repeat
  - You may wish to do Rainscour 's ( 157, -31, -1210 ) /waypoint 157, -31, -1210 questline at the same time, as his final quest also requires killing Webclaw
Enter the instance Tobrin's Former Domain at the same door you use to access Miragul's Menagerie , at the end of Icewail Caverns , ( -110, -25, -280 ) /waypoint -110, -25, -280 - entrance to the caverns is at ( -260, 4, -224 ) /waypoint -260, 4, -224 .
- Kill the linked mobs in each room to unlock the doors.
- Once you reach the fourth room, get close to the Shade of Tobrin . Once he is attackable, kill him and his four linked adds.
- Examine the "eyepatch chest" that appears
When you try to leave the room, you will be attacked by Master T'Lys and his 6 linked level 45 ^ Minions.
- As soon as the minions are dead, T'Lys says "Curse you! Our paths will cross again!" and you are awarded Tobrin's Mystical Eyepatch .
