Note : This is solo with the chancellors, and the one up arrow spectres can be soloed. The consuls are triple heroic though.
Note : If unable to receive this quest from inspecting the a medallion of urns you must complete the quest titled: Confirming the Right Track . If you happen to lose a medallion of urns you can acquire a new one from the mailbox at the entrance to the Peacock Club.

- Inspect a ceremonial weapons rack ( 214, 0, 395 ) /waypoint 214, 0, 395

Kill:
- 3 consuls of war
- 5 emissaries of war ( 70, 7, 414 ) /waypoint 70, 7, 414 . Three seperate mobs with 5-10 minute spawn timers
- Reinspect a ceremonial weapons rack
- Inspect the Rune of Arbo (5 minute respawn) ( 149, 0, 365 ) /waypoint 149, 0, 365
