What does this information mean?

Quiyn offers this quest to you, saying it's "for my own betterment... and yours... if you're interested."
He mentions an incredibly powerful poison which an enchanter he knows says can stun and kill "almost anyone". He asks you to collect some vials of this poison.

1. Find and kill the powerful skorpsis Impaler Tzilug deep within Maiden's Chamber .
2. Collect the tail of Impaler Tzilug after you have defeated him.
3. Then return to Quiyn and turn in the poison for your reward.
   • Note: Players must kill Tzilug and collect the poison while on the quest in order to get this last update.

• One of the Following:
  • Anaphylaxis (Weapon)
  • Mace of the Imprisoned
  • Spine of the Skorpsis
  • Staff of the Impaler
  • Venomous Chitin Bo

As of GU61 none of these weapons are offered anymore for the quest completion.
