2. Free some trapped wind essences
   • Adventure way : Collect 5 wind essences by killing cloudmist walkers or nebulous hazes in the area.
   • Tradeskill way : Collect 5 wind essences by freeing them from tanglebrush in the area (requires 250 gathering skill).
3. Release the essences on the highest point I can find.
   • Click the green shiny on the Isle of the Watchers at ( 90, 471, -423 ) /waypoint 90, 471.41, -423.28
4. Speak with Ixode , Aillena's air elemental.
