Target Enemy Power 37 Casting 1.5 seconds Recast 30.0 seconds Duration 4.5 seconds Range Up to 25.0 meters Level 11 Mastery Disruption Effects Inflicts (X) mental damage on target Dazes target Epic targets gain an immunity to Daze effects of 13.5 seconds and duration is reduced to 1.5 seconds. Resistability increases against targets higher than level 40.
