You must clear all the frogloks hanging around the graveyard, then click on each tombstone to spawn and kill the second set of frogs. (Each tombstone spawns one froglok.) The last tombstone will spawn Angst plus a frog. Only real special attack is he can Fear your group. Another SoF pseudo-epic, quite killable with one group or less.
