What does this information mean?
I soloed him with a lvl 26 conj mentored to 18. It was a very fast and easy battle. I had to clear the room twice to get him to spawn. He spawned 5 minutes after his ph died the second time.
The placeholders appear to be on a 10mn timer spawn.
