- Collect inanimate rubble (this is a ground spawn)
- Collect an invoker scroll, auto-update from killing a Bloodscale invoker ( -165, 132, 37 ) /waypoint -165, 132, 37 - part of the ring event to summon the green dragon
- Collect animating powder (this is a ground spawn)
Use A Defensive Summoning Scroll from your inventory-this summons a weak animated barrier , level 10vvv
Bring the information to Gaer Torrent in The Barren Sky , on Whisperwind Isle near the teleporter to Norrath.
