Requires 170 AA Points spend and 10 of them in General tree and 10 of them in Scout tree and 10 of them in Predator tree

Allows the ranger to conserve some ammunition. In addition, they will increase the damage of the Arrow Rip line and at max rank the ranger will reclaim an additional arrow.
