What does this information mean?

WARNING Edit

AoA x4 is NOT the same as the x2. The x4 requires an access quest, given by the Droag outside the door. Clicking on the door before finishing the access quest zones you in to the x2, and starts the 8 hr minimum lockout. If you need AoA x4 access, entering without the quest means you'll be delayed another 8 hours.
