Astral Adornment of Blasting (Greater) MASTERCRAFTED LEGENDARY Adds the following to an item: Item Type Ranged Slot Type [ slot color needed ] Level 90 ( Tier 10 ) Effects: When Equipped: On a successful combat attack this spell has a chance to cast Greater Rune of Blasting on target of attack. This effect will trigger an average of 2.0 times per minute. If a melee attack is used, only the primary weapon can trigger this effect. Inflicts 1439 magic damage on target. Damage from this effect is harder than normal to mitigate. This spell can not be modified except by direct means. On a successful hostile spell this spell had a chance to cast Greater Rune of Blasting on target of spell. This effect will trigger an average of 2.0 times per minute. Inflicts 1439 magic damage on target. Damage from this effect is harder than normal to mitigate. This spell can not be modified except by direct means.
