Defeat 8 Heathen Barbarians in the northern area. ( 10, 3, 0 ) /waypoint 10, 3, 0
- These appear to spawn randomly as you walk around the area and inside doors in the area.
Remove 6 pieces of propaganda placed by the heathens.
- These look like sparkling clipboards hanging on the walls, merchant stands and poles. They appear to be random spawns throughout the entire zone.
