Target Enemy Power Scales Casting 0.5 seconds Recast 30.0 seconds Duration 10.0 seconds Range Up to 5.0 meters Hit Bonus 25% Easier Effects: Decreases Mitigation of target vs physical damage by x Inflicts y-z melee damage on target Your target must be knocked down in order to use this ability.
