Steps Edit

Kill 4 Bloodskull tower guards near ( -560, -48, 457 ) /waypoint -560, -48, 457 .
Collect the Bloodskull standing orders on the ground near one of the guards. Keep killing guards until it drops.
Return to Rainus Canton .
