This is the FOURTH page a wizard has to loot to advance the Quest Of Fire and Ice: A Codex in Crisis . It is dropped by Gorowyn tagged mobs INSIDE the main door of the Palace. By the Gorowyn mobs at Hall and the two rooms upstairs left and right. Not from mobs further inside the palace (downstairs and further inside).
