Tailors make cloth and leather armor, hex dolls, backpacks, thrown weapon bags, ranged weapons (Thrown only), cloaks, and clothing. By contrast, Armorers make both plate and chain metal armor. In order to take up this Tradeskill when you reach level 19 in your crafting career, you need to choose the Outfitter class when you reach tradeskill level 9.
Materials

- Tailors mostly use Roots , then lots of Pelts , then small amounts of Wood and Hard Metal .
- Tailors use filaments for Fuel .

- Roots are rares for cloth armor, cloaks, and hex dolls.
- Pelts are rares for leather armor, backpacks, and thrown "weapons" (like bandoliers)
