I know this is not formatted correctly. I did try (not that hard) however it was not working for me and the help formatting page gives options I didn't seem to have. I also know that there are people there who know how to do it better that I so... (sorry)

I am level 10 at the point of adding these and don't know if they improve.. I assume so but not sure how or when.
