Server Merges Edit

Serval Servers got merged recently.
I know that Runnyeye got merged to Splitpaw, which other servers got merged?

Mistmoore and Permafrost merged on December 16th, and Lucan D'Lere and Crushbone will merge in eight days. There are also these servers, as written on ZAM:

• Blackburrow merged into Everfrost - Completed Dec 8, 2010
• Najena merged into Unrest - Completed Dec 14, 2010
• Kithicor merged into Butcherblock - Completed Dec 16, 2010
• Mistmoore merged into Permafrost - Completed Dec 16, 2010
• Befallen merged into Oasis - Completed Dec 20, 2010
• Nektulos merged into Guk - Completed Dec 20, 2010
• Nexus merged into Barren Sky (RU) - Completed Jan 25, 2011
• Runnyeye merged into Splitpaw (UK) - February 3rd - 4th, 2011, includes hotfix
• Runnyeye will be taken offline for the last time at 2pm PST (10pm GMT) on Thursday, February 3.
• Splitpaw will be taken offline at 9pm PST on February 3 (5am GMT on February 4).
• Splitpaw will then undergo the regular weekly hotfix before merging. Once the hotfix has completed, the server will stay offline for another estimated 27 hours while the merge takes place.
• Innovation merged into Valor (German) - February 7th - 8th, 2011
• Lucan D'Lere merged into Crushbone - February 16th, 2011
