This item can be purchased from Quartermaster of the Hand , a Merchant vendor in Nektulos Forest
Plate appearance armor that can be worn by all classes.
Must complete the Bloodlines Chronicle quest Symbols of the Damned in order to purchase.
NOTE: I was able to purchase the armor after having completed ONLY "The Missing Scouts" (still on "Luring Out the Evil", in fact). (Aegin, Antonia Bayle, 6/17/13)

There are no bonuses derived from wearing multiple members of this set.
