Although not marked 'Heroic' in the quest journal, this quest requires killing heroic mobs.

Steps Edit

Kill any Coin or Truth tower captain , at the top of any tower bannered with gold or red.
Right-click the lifeless corpse and select "Plunge dagger into heart."
- The entire tower's mobs will respawn as Blades .
