What does this information mean?
The Quellithulians believe that there are breaks within the lines of mystical energy that thread together the Ulteran Spire network. I must seek out these breaks in the lines, and repair them using the device given to me.

-
Connect the broken ethereal threads by using the
Ethereal Mender
on a torn and a severed thread.
- There are four updates and for each you must have used the Ethereal Mender on both a torn ethereal thread and a severed ethereal thread.
- See talk page for thread locations.
- The threads respawn quickly and can be reused.
- Return to one of the six NPCs for your reward.
