The camp builder runs to the area along the north side of the first orc valley and rebuilds(spawns) the camps of Crushbone footmen as they are destroyed. Each time he does so, there is a chance he will spawn one of the 4 Expedition members: Crushbone Expedition Leader , Crushbone Expedition Chef , Crushbone Expedition Weaponsmith , or Crushbone Expedition Planner depending on the camp spot.
