From the right side facing the wall I jumped up the lowest crystal, made it the next one higher and then onto the one closest to the wall. From the top of that one, I was higher than the wall and able to float over. The Gem Collector gives the key to the shard chest (and 1 plat now, was around 14 plat before the nerf to plat chests), and a collectible (shiny). There are no random shiny's in the zone.
