What does this information mean?

Exploragist Zokil believes that the crystals near the Frontier Mountains, on the ridge to the east of Kurn's Tower , may have properties that the goblins could apply to their devices. He has asked that I retrieve pieces of the crystals and return them to him. I should be able to find the nodes along the base of the mountain.
