• To spawn, find a malformed sentry somewhere on the path between the Pedestal of Judgment and the Sentry Creation Chamber . Walk with the malformed sentry until it reaches the Pedestal of Judgment. It will stop in the middle of the four Sentries of Punishment . After a moment the Sentries of Punishment will begin attacking the malformed sentry. The Defiled Sentry may spawn as soon as they attack it.
