2. Acquire the Draconic Disc of Binding Runes. You must complete two subquests from Yendilor at the entrance within the zone:
   1. Proving Your Worth
   2. Marketplace Mayhem - this quest will reward the disc
3. Speak to Jorlak to complete the quest.
