To spawn this boss players need to sneak around the docks, jump into the sea, and then activate the three levers in the water at the same time. Once this is done some trash mobs will also spawn on top of the platforms that can be cleared, but these do not come to the Dockmasters aid during the fight.
The fight itself is fairly straight forward, he will occasionally encase a player in ice, when this happens he becomes invulnerable and the ice casing must be destroyed before Dockmaster Jit'coel can be attacked again. For this reason it is best to have the group stand on top of one another so that AoEs break the ice.
