What does this information mean?

Dragonscale Hills is the hilly area in the southeast of Steamfont, so named for the dragon skeleton on top of the largest hill, and the large amount of drakes in the area. It is also inhabited by Clan Smokehorn , a faction of minotaur opposed to the Bloodhorns. The area is sometimes mistakenly called Smokehorn Valley after the minotaurs.
