Note: the fighters in this quest will scale to your level. If you are playing a class that has difficulty soloing, you might need help.

1. Patrol the area near the amphitheater and watch for street fights. You'll find a fight going on at ( -49, -23, 136 ) /waypoint -49, -23, 136 .
2. Hail one of the fighters, and they'll both attack you. Kill them.
3. Patrol the area on the south dock. You'll find another pair of fighters at ( -287, -56, 113 ) /waypoint -287, -56, 113 . Hail one of them and kill them.
4. Return to Sergeant Daimyo and he will send you to Clerk Brutus ( -125, -37, 41 ) /waypoint -125, -37, 41 to finish your citizenship. He will charge you a fee of 1g for the privilege.
