What does this information mean?

Steps Edit

1. Travel to Antonica and head north of Stormhold to Loc ( -2336,7,-68 ). Enter a special instance of the Shattered Vale called Squire's Vale .
   • Note: This instance scales down no lower than level 10.
   • Note: The named only scales up to level 70.
2. There are several squires here, all one level below or same level as character, solo mobs. They can be avoided if you want.
3. Kill Shay Tivati. Be ready for a prolonged fight. She is one level below the character, solo v mob.
   • Just as you kill her the 1st time, she summons an earth elemental to protect her and she is untargettable. The elemental is same level as character, solo v mob.
   • After you kill the elemental, you have about 5 seconds rest before you have to fight Shay Tivati a 2nd time.
   • Just as you kill her the 2nd time, she summons an air elemental to protect her and she is untargettable. The elemental is same level as character, solo v mob.
   • After you kill the elemental, you have about 5 seconds rest before you have to fight Shay Tivati a 3rd time.
   • Just as you kill her the 3rd time, she summons a fire elemental to protect her and she is untargettable. The elemental is same level as character, solo v mob.
   • After you kill the elemental, you have about 5 seconds rest before you have to fight Shay Tivati a 4th time.
   • Just as you kill her the 4th time, she summons a water elemental to protect her and she is untargettable. The elemental is same level as character, solo v mob.
   • After you kill the elemental, you have about 5 seconds rest before you have to fight Shay Tivati a final time.
   • For the final fight, Shay Tivati turns into a wisp, but is otherwise the same as before.
4. Return to Matthias Siegemaker . You will automatically be offered the final citizenship quest.
