      • Reduces cast time of all spells by 3 percent.
  • (3) Applies Forgotten Technique.
    • On any successful combat or spell attack this spell has a chance to cast Forgotten Technique on target of attack. Lasts for 10.0 seconds. This effect will trigger an average of 1.8 times per minute. If a melee attack is used, only the primary weapon can trigger this effect.
      • Reduces Double Attack chance of target by 5.0%
      • This spell can not be modified except by direct means
      • If Target is not Epic
    • This spell can not be modified except by direct means.

Notes Edit

There are actually several Crippling Assault sets with the same name and effects. Items from a different set will not contribute towards the set bonus in another set. In other words, you will not get a two set bonus for just wearing both a Battlepriest's Band and Crippling Amulet, since they belong in different sets.
