Executioner's Fury Rank (*/1) Strength 2 points Requires 22 points in Strength line Anytime the Executioner is under 50% health, they gain additional chances at critical melee, additional taunt bonus, and all combat arts deal more damage. Passive Spell Effects: When target falls below 50% health this spell will cast Furious on target. Lasts for 2 minutes. Increases taunt effects and damage of all combat arts by 15% Increases Crit Chance of caster by 25.0 Dispelled when target gains over 50% health
