This NPC sells armour in exchange for Marks of Manaar (gained through the Mark of Manaar Mission System ).

The only combat-effective armor sold is for the feet, shoulders, and forearms slots, and the price ranges from 15 to 25 Marks of Manaar . Appearance-only armour is sold for the head, chest, legs (except cloth armor), and hands slots at a price of 10 Marks of Manaar per piece.
