Why don't any lower tier weapons have particle effects? Seems like reitemization could introduce an occasional twinkle here and there to brighten up the equipment of the younger folks, especially on Legendary and Fabled items! -- Sigrdrifa 15:47, 18 February 2008 (UTC)

atleast 1 low level sig quest reward has a particle effect, Eitholi, Blade of the Fae from Eitholi, Blade of the Fae Timeline . added with/after eof, fun little quests. not that hard if you have people. it might be worth it now for use wiht a mannequin -- Uberfuzzy 13:37, 11 March 2008 (UTC)
