Why don't things that look like light sources give off light? (i.e., the lamps and chandeliers that don't light a room, or funspell "flames" effects like the pally's Hand of Bayle that should act like a torch) -- Sigrdrifa 16:56, 12 February 2008 (UTC)

um, guys... i think you are getting confused on your links. Category:Light_Source are things that DO give off light. i think your thinking of Category:Light (Item Subtype) furniture. (i need to put a flag in the ItemTemplate to handle the furniture that do/dont give off light.) -- Uberfuzzy 23:24, 25 February 2008 (UTC)

No I think I linked it properly. But I can see how it would be confusing to people. I *wanted* to link to the light sources. The point that Sigfrida made is that there are things in game that you would expect to be light sources, but aren't or simply aren't *strongly* enough.-- Kodia 00:43, 26 February 2008 (UTC)
