Are there players who have no homes at all?

yes and no.
- yes) the people in "exile" do not have homes, but that state is not something more people outside of PvP stay for very long.

no) when they changed the house moving system, they removed the "give up house" button, (making you auto-give up the old one when you buy the new one) therefor you always have a home until you buy another --
